UPS in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented professional to administer gateway allocations, configurations, and maintenance planning. The role includes managing material data, reviewing schedules, and coordinating with maintenance teams to support line operations and shop activities.

The candidate will review route structures, track gateway openings/closings, and ensure accurate parts packaging for maintenance needs. Strong analytical and database skills are essential.

This position administers gateway allocations, technical configurations, scheduled maintenance items, heavy maintenance material support, database management, and inventory needs. He/She performs audits and reviews and updates contracts. This position maintains a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes. He/She reviews route structure to determine operational exposure and maintenance activity for all UPS gateways. This position collaborates with maintenance to derive gateway level and parts packages required to support line maintenance, scheduled checks, or shops.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes material requirements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Processes Allocation Change Requests (ACR) from heavy and line maintenance facilities.
• Maintains the material database and controls the input of information into the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Understand the relationship and impact of AC materials on maintenance operations
• Able to handle multiple task and meet deadlines
• Possess technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude in order to interpret airline requirements, technical documents, and statistical modeling
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in database computer skills and statistical methods
