Job summary

UPS is seeking a qualified candidate for a Materials Analyst role responsible for evaluating material requirements, maintenance scheduling, and data accuracy across gateway operations. The role supports line and heavy maintenance facilities by processing allocation changes and maintaining critical material databases.

This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule with a 6pm-11pm shift. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and has the ability to interpret

Job Description

This position administers gateway allocations, technical configurations, scheduled maintenance items, heavy maintenance material support, database management, and inventory needs. He/She performs audits and reviews and updates contracts. This position maintains a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes. He/She reviews route structure to determine operational exposure and maintenance activity for all UPS gateways. This position collaborates with maintenance to derive gateway level and parts packages required to support line maintenance, scheduled checks, or shops. Position is M-F 6pm-11pm.
