Job summary

UPS is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our logistics team in the United States. You will administer gateway allocations, configurations, maintenance schedules, and material support, ensuring accurate audits and contract reviews.

The role requires strong data management, problem solving, and collaboration with maintenance teams to optimize gateway performance. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Understanding of AC materials in maintenance operations.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude to interpret airline requirements and statistical modeling.
• Proficient in database skills and statistical methods.

This position administers gateway allocations, technical configurations, scheduled maintenance items, heavy maintenance material support, database management, and inventory needs. He/She performs audits and reviews and updates contracts. This position maintains a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes. He/She reviews route structure to determine operational exposure and maintenance activity for all UPS gateways. This position collaborates with maintenance to derive gateway level and parts packages required to support line maintenance, scheduled checks, or shops.

• Possess technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude in order to interpret airline requirements, technical documents, and statistical modeling
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in database computer skills and statistical methods
