This role is designed for a responsible resident who can serve as a designated on‑site presence and complete a weekly property inspection. In exchange, the selected candidate will receive a significant rent discount (approximately 1/3 off monthly rent).

What You’ll Do

This is a very light‑duty, low‑hour role focused on awareness, observation, and communication – not physical labor or maintenance work.

Primary Responsibility: Conduct one full property walk per week (1‑3 hours total), at a time that works for your schedule.

During your weekly walk, you will:

• Walk all common areas, amenities, parking areas, and grounds
• Observe overall property conditions
• Identify and document anything that may need attention

After your walk, you will:

• Send a clear, detailed email summarizing your observations
• Include photos where applicable
• Note any suggested work orders or concerns

Important:

• This role does not involve completing repairs or maintenance work
• This role does not require responding to resident requests or emergencies
• This role is strictly focused on visibility, accountability, and reporting
