We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, offering a high-volume salon environment with flexible hours and an established customer base. Our goal is to provide the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base wage, productivity bonuses, product commissions, and tips. Last week, the average effective wage was $31.26/hr. No employee earns less than $20/hr in total.

Requirements
