You will mentor trainers, manage scheduling, and uphold service standards to grow PT revenue and member satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and sales growth within a dynamic fitness club environment in Southern California.

Qualifikationen

• Must be an expert Personal Trainer.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Experience coaching clients and managing a team.

• Lead and develop the Personal Training team to deliver high-quality service.
• Grow club PT total revenue and minimize attrition.
• Train and manage PT staff; oversee scheduling and programming.
