Qualifications

• Current physical therapy licensure in Vermont.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical disabilities and illnesses.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and initial and follow-up treatment sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic exercises and treatment programs to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and functional capacity.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient treatment and progress.
