• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises.
• Provide assistive devices and equipment to patients.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and exercise techniques.
• Participate in care conferences and patient rounds.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Physical Therapy department.
