Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in Rutland, VT is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You will provide comprehensive therapy services at a beautiful facility and work with a skilled rehab team, contributing to excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist license or be license eligible in Vermont.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation is required.

Job Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting.
