Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring a part-time in-home health aide in the St. Cloud area. The role includes assisting clients with personal care, mealtime support, light housekeeping, and maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Starting wages are $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months, Caregivers may enroll in our CNA training program with a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification, plus benefits and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Driver's license must be held for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
• Assist with housekeeping tasks
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client
