Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring a part-time caregiver in the St. Cloud area. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, mealtimes, and daily activities while maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation.

Caregivers start at $18/hour, with CNAs earning $20–$21/hour. After 5 months, Caregivers may enroll in the CNA training program and receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification. Free CNA classes may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record
