Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance per policy.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Ensure return-to-stock items are handled promptly, with attention to perishable items.
• Support and comply with all safety standards; report needed repairs.
• Bag or package merchandise for customer pickup per policy.
• Control use of store supplies (ribbons, bags, cleaning materials).
• Assist in spill cleanup to prevent hazards.
• Be knowledgeable about produce varieties carried in the store.
• Record price discrepancies and request price checks as needed.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Process sales transactions including cash, checks, EBT/food stamps, gift cards, etc.
