Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services in an interdisciplinary environment. You will assess patients, plan and deliver personalized treatment, educate families, and document progress in line with facility policies.

The role requires MI licensure and a CPR certificate if available. The position offers weekly pay and a benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance after the first month, plus 401(k) match and student loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the state (MI) and current license.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Experience: 0–1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
