Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver a full range of PT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You’ll assess, plan, and implement treatment programs, educate patients and families, and document progress per facility policies.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Current valid state PT licensure.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
