Primary Purpose

This role focuses on operating and ensuring the safety of the gas station, assisting customers, maintaining product levels and cleanliness, and responding to emergencies or safety concerns.

Responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain the safety of the gas station facility.
2. Assist customers and complete transactions.
3. Resupply island items, including oil, windshield washer solution, and paper towels.
4. Maintain cleanliness and handle snow removal of the island area.
5. Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
6. Perform other department tasks as needed, including supervising and training team members, checking product dates, and updating pricing.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Physical capability to meet ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Adherence to company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
