Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check product dates, adjust pricing, and perform all departmental tasks as needed.
• Resupply island items, including moving cartons of oil, refilling cans, and restocking paper towels.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal at the station.
• Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Adhere to company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift length: 4 hours or more based on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking for 45%, with specific requirements for lifting, pulling, and static exertion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
