What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments with potential clients who have requested coverage, dedicating 6-8 hours per week
- Conduct research on client information to customize mortgage protection options, spending 4-5 hours per week
- Meet with families to present coverage options and assist with applications, 2 days per week
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting, allocating 2 hours per week
- Engage in personal development and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; skill set is not the primary focus
- Must possess a coachable attitude and a growth mindset
- Strong passion for helping people and building relationships
- Self-discipline and the ability to seek challenges
- Availability to commit to the role and follow the training system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with financial products such as retirement accounts (401k's and IRA's)
- Proven track record of goal achievement in previous roles
