This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission per mortgage protection plan is approximately $600. Full-time agents typically sell 5-10 plans weekly. We also offer a range of financial products for retirement savings and protection, with extensive training provided. Our compensation package includes uncapped commissions, a competitive bonus structure, and incentives such as trips based on individual and team performance.
