About Spieldenner Financial Group

We are looking for our next business partner to help revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to improve lives by protecting families, fostering personal and professional growth, and providing leadership training.

The Day-to-Day

1. Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week. Reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling meetings to discuss their mortgage protection options.
2. Research: 4-5 hours per week. Customizing options based on client information to meet their financial needs in case of death or disability.
3. Meeting with Families: 2 days per week. Meeting virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
4. Administrative: 2 hours per week. Following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Requirements

This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission per mortgage protection plan is approximately $600. Full-time agents typically sell 5-10 plans weekly. We also offer training on additional financial products, a competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips based on performance.
