What We Do:

- Train agents to meet clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of death or disability.

- Provide exclusive, qualified direct mail leads to all agents participating in our lead program. NO COLD CALLING.

- No limit on lead distribution or appointments.

- Work with top-rated insurance carriers offering Living Benefit protection, facilitating easier deal closures without pushy sales tactics. Our priority is to get new agents out in the field and earning quickly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Must be 18+ and a legal U.S. resident.

2. Must have a state life insurance license; assistance provided if not licensed, including courses and exam prep (1-2 weeks).

3. Clean criminal background; background check with fingerprinting required.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Commission rates from 70% to 140% of annual premium per policy, based on activity and sales. More effort equals higher earnings.

- Average commission per sale: $500-$600; total: $750.

- Part-time (15 hrs/week): $35,000-$50,000/year.

- Full-time (40 hrs/week, 4 days/week): $100,000-$250,000+ annually.

- Paid via direct deposit; some policies issued within 24 hours.

- Monthly bonuses, incentive trips, business builder and equity bonus programs, carrier bonuses, and passive income from agent referrals.
