Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.
Skill set isn’t everything. Entry-level is accepted. We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Passion for people is a MUST.
This position is a commission-only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g., 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the stock market. We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
