LearningRx Tysons is seeking a Director of First Impressions to lead front desk operations and ensure a warm, professional welcome for families seeking cognitive training. You will manage intake, scheduling, and onboarding, while coordinating with the center's team to maintain smooth daily activity.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to balance client interaction with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred).
• Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web‑based tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients.
• Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM system.
• Coordinate schedules and support operational flow.
• Assist with outreach and community education efforts.
