Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Springfield Residence Inn in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs with warmth, and help keep the lobby inviting.

You will train new front desk teammates, resolve guest issues quickly, and support daily tasks such as event coordination and business center help. Must have strong customer service, basic tech skills, and the stamina to stand and lift light loads.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
