Community Health Systems in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer therapeutic procedures for patients of all ages.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support recovery and quality outcomes. A PT license and BLS are required; 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required

Responsabilités

• Conducts comprehensive PT evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Documents evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Maintains safe, clean therapy environment and equipment.
