The main role involves using various equipment to prepare and serve food, including weighing, slicing, cooking, and serving deli items. The team member must be capable of performing all tasks and operating all related equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, adhere to PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Prepare sandwiches, subs, roasted or fried chicken, appetizers, soup, pizza, and merchandise as per plan.
• Serve customers, slice meat or cheese, package, and label orders.
• Work in the grab-and-go section for lunch meats and cheeses.
• Produce items for the hot bar and sales floor according to SOP.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and areas.
• Track and record loss using known loss tracking methods.

Job Tasks

• Make various deli items, prepare pizza, roast chicken, fry chicken, and produce smoked products.
• Handle cleaning, record-keeping, and loss tracking tasks.

General Rules

• Report accidents, follow safety protocols, wear appropriate apparel, and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow emergency procedures, use PPE, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Understand company policies, MSDS information, and complete required safety training.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate required equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, continual work cycle.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stand for 55%, walk for 45%.
• Work in various temperatures, including freezer environments.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures.
