Job summary

Arbor Post Acute in California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team, focusing on hands-on patient care and collaborative practice. Licensure in California is required, with new grads encouraged to apply.

$65-$75 per hour, DOE, and a supportive environment to help residents reach their highest level of independence. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities with flexible scheduling and a team that values clinicians and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license — or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
• New grads welcome!
• Experience in skilled nursing is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation per facility guidelines.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
