Job summary

Arbor Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation department, helping residents achieve independence and quality of life.

We offer flexible opportunities (full-time, part-time, and per-diem) and a collaborative, supportive team in a skilled nursing environment. New graduates are welcome to apply, and you’ll work with a compassionate, interdisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility guidelines.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence and independence.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families and build relationships.
• Bring positive energy and compassion to work daily.
