Confluent Health in Vista, CA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will guide care, deliver targeted interventions, and mentor our PTA staff while benefiting from new AI documentation tools and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based care plans aligned to patient goals.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track outcomes and adapt approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery.
