Job summary

Goodwin Living is seeking a Transportation Aide to safely transport residents, guests, and team members in accordance with program requirements.

The pay for this position is $22/hr. The schedule is Monday–Friday 11:00am–3:00pm with occasional weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to read/write English, and maintain CPR and health assessments. Willingness to work across campus locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Must read and write English proficiently.
• CPR certification required and maintained annually.
• Must complete and pass occupational health assessments.
• Public transportation or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports residents to medical appointments, events, and private trips safely.
• Inspects vehicle daily; maintains fluids and basic preventive maintenance; documents inspection.
• Keeps vehicle clean and presentable inside and out.
• Reports damages or violations to Transportation Manager immediately.
• Assists in opening doors and loading/unloading passengers and equipment.
• Follows traffic laws and maintains courteous driving behavior.
• Keeps Transportation Manager informed of changes in driving record.
