Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver therapy using manual techniques, exercise programs, modalities, and education.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and therapy colleagues.
