Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle and possess knowledge of all deli products.
2. Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, package products, and stock shelves, cases, and bins.
3. Maintain attractive and neat displays, proper shelf conditions, and clean work areas.
4. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
5. Provide friendly and courteous customer service, answering questions and promoting products.
6. Follow dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
7. Complete required training courses.
8. Follow safety protocols, report incidents, and maintain a safe work environment.
9. Use personal protective equipment as required and demonstrate proper food safety habits.
10. Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for periods.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet physical and ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, with flexibility based on business needs.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Work in varying temperatures, from freezers to back rooms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in employee manuals.
