Call Center / Customer Service / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $22 per hour

As a Customer Support Representative at Calibrate, you will:

1. Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound member calls in a professional, timely, and caring manner while providing accurate answers and information.
2. Identify members' needs by asking clarifying questions, researching issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives within established workflows.
3. Engage, support, and retain members by building rapport and going the extra mile, providing compassion and empathy that results in solutions.
4. Thoroughly document all member interactions, next steps, and escalate issues to your manager as appropriate.
