Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a guest-focused server for club dining operations. You will greet guests, take food and drink orders, promote a great dining experience, and ensure accurate order processing with courteous service.

You will need strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English. Irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are expected.

Job description

Servers are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to the Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders and promoting a great dining experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items
• Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests
• Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features
• Take food orders, making note of anu special needs
• Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
• Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
• Secures payment for food and beverage orders
• Provides outstanding customer service
• Other duties as assigned

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
