You will plan, implement, and supervise treatment plans, coordinate with physicians, and promote best practices to restore function and reduce pain for patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare or a related field is required.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.
• Ability to build trust with physicians and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee activities of the physical therapy department, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide skilled PT treatment plans per physician orders and accepted standards of care.
• Design home exercise programs and advise on assistive devices and follow-up care.
• Document clinical and administrative records accurately and confidentially.
• Lead department initiatives, staff development, and program growth in the community.
• Coordinate outreach to local companies to promote OrthoAtlanta as a provider.
