BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Tennessee. Lead a clinical team, deliver evidence-based care, and drive patient outcomes in a high-performing clinic within the Upstream Rehabilitation network.

You will mentor clinicians, foster a patient-centered culture, manage operations, and cultivate local referrals while advancing your leadership and clinical skills through ongoing development programs.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
