Job summary

CELINE is seeking a retail professional for our Beverly Hills location to drive sales and nurture client relationships in a luxury environment.

This role focuses on meeting sales targets, expanding client books, and representing CELINE with exceptional service. A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail is preferred, with strong product knowledge and tech proficiency. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales per transaction and dollar value.
• Capture all relevant customer information for database entry.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, or client-related issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintain store image.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.

YOUR IMPACT

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
• Adhere to all company policies

The compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 - $27.00 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package.
