Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service with a customer-first approach.
2. Understanding and meeting sales objectives, including KPIs such as SPH and data capture, using key tools to drive performance.
3. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
4. Engaging customers through programs like Polo Connect.
5. Demonstrating passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
6. Educating customers on available programs, initiatives, and resources.
7. Assisting in the fitting rooms with sizing and maintaining store standards.
8. Supporting operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
9. Participating in training sessions on compliance, products, processes, and company initiatives.
10. Balancing tasks effectively while prioritizing the customer experience.
11. Providing feedback to management regarding products and category opportunities.
12. Maintaining visual standards and supporting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals if needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
