Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Location: Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Riverwalk, 9550 Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85256

Overview: The Hampton Inn & Suites is seeking a Breakfast Attendant responsible for delivering quality breakfast service to guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes, maintaining high standards for appealing presentation.
2. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
3. Provide friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and colleagues.
4. Maintain regular attendance as per hotel scheduling needs.
5. Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
6. Keep all storage areas clean and organized.
7. Complete food and station preparations before breakfast service to ensure prompt guest service.
8. Prepare and display buffet items according to standards.
9. Break down buffets and kitchen lines, storing food and equipment properly after service.
10. Know the location and operation of fire extinguishing equipment.
11. Practice safe work habits to prevent injuries.
12. Familiarize with hotel policies, house rules, and emergency procedures.
13. Maintain courteous, attentive, and helpful demeanor towards guests and staff.
14. Operate and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
15. Follow the 'Clean As You Go' policy.
16. Assist with storage and rotation of food items according to procedures.
17. Manage keys responsibly under supervision.
18. Attend meetings as required.
