Do you have hospitality and customer service experience? Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ. In this position, you will deliver exceptional guest services to in-house guests, conduct quality inspections of units between guests, and monitor the property routinely.

This position is part-time, approximately 10-20 hours a week, requiring evening and weekend hours.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of operations, housekeeping, and/or customer service experience in a similar field
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Genuine desire to help others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with guests
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Address guests' service needs professionally and promptly
• Conduct inspections of units for cleanliness and furnishings condition
• Monitor property during coverage hours, including evenings and weekends
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff
