Responsibilities include:

1. Motivating to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
2. Focusing on customer needs to drive business proactively.
3. Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
4. Utilizing 'More Ways to Shop' and new technology to enhance sales.
5. Representing customer experience expectations in-store.
6. Providing a consistent brand-aligned experience and supporting store vision.
7. Championing RL core values and fostering a collaborative environment.
8. Networking to build a clientele and providing feedback to management.
9. Supporting alternative purchasing paths and broadening product discovery methods.
10. Ensuring store standards are maintained at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
