Reports To: Store Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)

Responsibilities
  • Promote the Carhartt brand enthusiastically, aligning actions with our mission and values.
  • Deliver exceptional retail experiences with every customer interaction.
  • Create genuine connections by providing engaging, efficient, and personalized service while sharing the Carhartt story.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards, including product display, restocking, and organization.
  • Contribute positively to the team and maintain a collaborative environment.
  • Participate in performance reviews, training, coaching, and feedback for growth.
  • Support operational standards and safety policies.
  • Work as part of the team to meet or exceed store revenue goals.
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by exceeding customer expectations.
  • Support community engagement events and initiatives to grow brand awareness.

Education
