Responsibilities include:

1. Motivating to drive daily business and achieve sales goals.
2. Focusing on the customer to proactively drive business.
3. Supporting company initiatives.
4. Participating in team training to meet business results.
5. Utilizing 'More Ways to Shop' and supporting new technology adoption.
6. Representing customer experience expectations in-store.
7. Delivering consistent brand-aligned experiences.
8. Championing RL core values.
9. Supporting a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
10. Building a clientele through networking.
11. Providing ongoing feedback to management.
12. Supporting alternative purchasing methods and enhancing product discovery via digital tools.
13. Reporting category opportunities or needs to management.
14. Maintaining store standards and sales floor organization at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs., and work with chemicals safely.
• Ability to operate registers and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
