Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales results by focusing on customer needs and achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver a consistent experience aligned to brand expectations and support store vision and initiatives.
• Participate in team training and use digital and alternative selling tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes).
• Engage in clienteling and networking to begin building a clientele.
• Maintain sales floor standards, merchandising, and product accessibility at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred.
