Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer experiences in a Castle Rock retail setting. You will support sales goals, maintain store standards, and foster an inclusive team environment through friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will assist customers, share product knowledge, operate the register, and adapt to day, evening, weekend, or overnight shifts as needed. This role emphasizes engagement and collaboration with colleagues to elevate in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
