What you will be doing

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.

Salary range for this position starts at (based on experience): $11.13 hour. Full Time Associates at the Sheraton Minneapolis West are eligible for group health insurance including, Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance. Additional benefits include Parental Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. The Sheraton Minneapolis West reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.
