Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat appearance and comply with personal appearance policies.
• Assist in special projects and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Train other associates when certified and assigned.
• Maintain communication within the department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report equipment issues.
• Ensure fairness, dignity, and respect among coworkers.
• Develop product knowledge in Bakery Department (e.g., rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, platters).
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety standards.
• Prepare, proof, and bake products as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Perform repetitive hand and arm motions while standing/walking.

• Work in extreme temperatures for short periods.
• Operate controls and handle food and cleaning substances.

Preferred Requirements

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly
