Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, prepare trays, and bake goods.
3. Package, wrap, label baked goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh products.
4. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and adhere to safety regulations.
• Completion of a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Physical and ergonomic capability to perform job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn and safely operate required equipment and tools.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance and dress code.
• Preferably, 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift length: 4 hours or more.
• Job involves continual movement with maximum effort cycles.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV physical requirements: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max static pull: 20 lbs.
