Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods in the oven.
3. Package, wrap baked goods, print labels, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
4. Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications:

1. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have valid ID.
2. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
3. Complete a 60-day introductory period.
4. Meet ergonomic, physical, and safety requirements.
5. Ability to learn and use necessary equipment and tools.
6. Perform all functions safely and meet performance standards, including attendance.
7. Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.
8. Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements:

1. Minimum shift: 4 hours.
2. Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
3. Stand 55%, walk 45% of the time.
4. Category IV physical demands.
5. Max pull static: 20 lbs.
