Duties and Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods, package, label, and display baked goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and have valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and follow safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Willing to wear proper attire and shoes.
• One year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more.
• Job involves continual work cycles.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
