Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble, mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods.
3. Package, label baked goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh items.
4. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid ID.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and safety requirements.
• Ability to learn and use job-related equipment and tools.
• Perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%; sit 0%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., static pull up to 20 lbs.
